What HIIT means
High-intensity intervals followed by controlled recovery. This trains exactly the capacity that counts in short, intense encounters.
HIIT
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training: short intense work phases alternating with defined rest. At CFC, HIIT is not a fitness trend but the conditioning base for close combat, striking and self-defense.

Close range is short, dense and exhausting. Anyone out of breath after twenty seconds can no longer make decisions.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Intervals are adapted to your current level.
How long is a session?
HIIT blocks are deliberately short and integrated into the class.
