Why mitts
A bag does not move. A mitt holder does. You train distance, angles and reaction instead of pure repetition.
Mitt training
Mitt work is the most direct form of partner training in combat sports: your partner sets target, distance and pace. That builds timing, reaction and precision under realistic conditions.

A bag does not move. A mitt holder does. You train distance, angles and reaction instead of pure repetition.
Holding is taught as well: clean resistance, correct height, safe wrists. That protects both partners.
Do I need a fixed partner?
No. Partners are assigned during class.
Is it demanding?
Yes, but intensity is matched to your level.
