Rules at CFC

Attitude, order & discipline

So that you can feel safe, we maintain a clear framework. Martial arts thrive on respect – we create a protected space for everyone who genuinely wants to learn.

So that you feel safe and well looked after with us from the very start, we maintain a clear framework: aggression and showing off have no place here. We deliberately do not teach the very people we actually want to protect against. This means you train in a protected, respectful environment – ideal for progressing in a focused and fast way.

No aggression

Aggression, showing off and fantasies of violence have no place in martial arts. We train people who protect themselves – not people you need protection from.

Keep the etiquette

Politeness, respect towards the Headcoach and training partners, and a considerate manner are a given with us – on and off the mat.

Attitude

An upright inner and outer attitude is the foundation of every technique. Those who arrive with the right mindset make the greatest progress.

Order

Punctuality, clean equipment and an orderly training flow ensure safety and enable focused, effective learning.

Discipline

Discipline is the bridge between goals and results. Regular, focused training brings real, lasting progress.

Safety for everyone

We insist on impeccable conduct. Anyone who does not behave properly or endangers others will not be taught here.

These principles are not mere words – they are lived culture at CFC Villach.

„What convinced me: this one red line – attitude, respect, discipline – runs through every single program."
