Technique first
Stance, axis, hips, shoulder, fist: we build the punch from the ground up. Speed comes once the structure holds.
Striking
Striking is the technical foundation of the combat sport area at CFC: clean punching and kicking technique, footwork, sense of distance and timing – built up in a controlled way, without competition pressure.

Stance, axis, hips, shoulder, fist: we build the punch from the ground up. Speed comes once the structure holds.
Footwork decides whether a strike lands. We train entries, exits, angles and distance changes.
Do I have to fight?
No. Sparring is voluntary and controlled. There is no obligation to compete.
What equipment do I need?
Sportswear is enough to start. Gloves and wraps can follow later.
