Why martial arts at CFC

The systems are not blended, they are kept distinct. Wing Chun, FMA and HEMA each have their own principles, distances and tools. What connects them is the demand that every movement has a function and must hold up under pressure.

Martial arts and self-defense

Martial arts provide the tools, self-defense the context. Whoever masters structure, distance and timing has a solid basis for tactical close combat – and in return the art stays connected to practice.
