Strength meets technique
Working out hard is good – with clean technique it's better. You learn to generate your punches correctly from your whole body while training strength, stamina and coordination all at once.
Strike Power
Fitness boxing at CFC is our pure workout and fitness track: clean boxing technique, stamina and strength on pads and the heavy bag – strictly without a competition focus, no sparring, no ring. You work out, release stress and learn to punch with proper technique at the same time. Times by arrangement.

CFC offers striking-power training in Villach as part of a structured martial arts education. Training is led by Sifu Erich Ferlesch and suits beginners and advanced students. The location is Villach, Carinthia.
Striking-power training complements the training at CFC. Force transfer, conditioning and clean striking mechanics support Wing Chun and self-defense but do not form another core style of the training at CFC.
Working out hard is good – with clean technique it's better. You learn to generate your punches correctly from your whole body while training strength, stamina and coordination all at once.
Warm-up, technique on pads and the heavy bag, plus powerful conditioning rounds – intense, but always matched to your level. We arrange the times individually with you.
Improving your strike power & fitness boxing in Villach at CFC means more than just a workout. Under the guidance of Sifu Erich Ferlesch, you will learn to channel your entire body weight into a single strike efficiently. At our center on Karawankenweg 13, we teach the biomechanical foundations of generating power from footwork and hip rotation rather than just the arms. This knowledge, rooted in decades of practical self-defense experience, ensures that your training is both a high-intensity workout and a deep dive into technical excellence, making your strikes truly effective.
Unlike traditional competitive sports, CFC focuses on skills that transfer directly to real-life situations. Fitness boxing at CFC sharpens your reflexes, hand-eye coordination, and mental focus under physical pressure. These attributes are vital for pure self-defense. Sifu Erich Ferlesch draws on martial arts experience since 1990 to ensure every movement you practice is functional. You will train in a professional environment where discipline and mutual respect are paramount, allowing you to improve your cardiovascular health while building a mindset prepared for any challenge.
A core element of our program is targeted stress relief. Training with focus mitts and heavy bags allows you to release daily tension while simultaneously building endurance. Since we are not bound by the restrictive rules of sports associations, we focus on the most natural and effective ways to deliver power. This approach makes our fitness boxing particularly attractive for those seeking an uncompromising method to get fit while gaining a realistic assessment of their abilities. We invite you to experience this direct and practical path to martial arts at CFC.
We provide structured training in close combat and self-defense in Villach. Training is under the direction of Sifu Erich Ferlesch – martial arts experience since 1990 and 25 years of practical experience in close protection. The training path is clearly structured, groups stay small and every student is coached personally.

Do I need to be fit to start?
No. You start where you are – the intensity adapts to your level.
Do I need my own equipment?
At the beginning you can borrow equipment from us, but over the course of training every student has their own equipment.
Does the training include sparring or fighting?
No, our focus at CFC is on technical precision and physical conditioning. We intentionally avoid sparring or ring fighting. The goal is for you to learn the mechanics behind strike power and improve your fitness without the risk of injury involved in competitive fighting.
Is fitness boxing compatible with Wing Chun?
Absolutely. The striking mechanics learned at CFC provide a solid foundation for other disciplines like Wing Chun or FMA. Since Sifu Erich Ferlesch emphasizes correct biomechanics, you will benefit from the coordination and power generation skills across all our self-defense programs in Villach.
What do I need to bring to the trial lesson?
For your first session, standard sportswear and clean non-slip socks are sufficient. If you have your own boxing gloves or hand wraps, feel free to bring them. Otherwise, we provide the necessary equipment for your trial lesson at Karawankenweg 13, so you can start right away.
