How we protect and process your data
This page is maintained by CFC Die Kampfkunstschule and answers common questions about security and privacy on this website. It describes our currently active measures and is not a certification or independent audit.
Encrypted transmission
All data is transmitted exclusively via an encrypted HTTPS connection (SSL/TLS). Form entries – for example when registering for a trial lesson – are protected on the way between your device and our server.
Protected database
Requests are stored in a secure database of our backend service provider, with whom a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR exists. Access to the data is technically restricted by database-level access rules.
Restricted access
Incoming trial lesson and callback requests are only visible to authorized, logged-in administrative staff of the school. Public access to personal requests is not possible.
Data-minimal forms
Via the registration form we only collect the information necessary to organize a trial lesson or to contact you (name, email address, phone number, preferred date and optional messages). Entries are checked for format and length before processing.
Cookies only with consent
Technically necessary cookies ensure the basic operation of the website. Statistics and analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) are only set after your explicit consent via our cookie banner and can be revoked at any time.
Storage & deletion
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and no statutory retention periods prevent it. You can request information, correction or deletion of your data at any time.
